These Terms govern your use of TENSSO BEATS, a website operated as a single-producer beat store. TENSSO BEATS is not an open marketplace: visitors and registered users may browse, preview, favorite, download where offered, and purchase or license beats made available by TENSSO.
1. Accounts
You may create one personal account using email/password or a supported third-party sign-in provider. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Information you provide must be accurate and must not impersonate another person.
2. Beats, previews and free downloads
All beats, previews, artwork and site materials remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. A preview or free MP3 download does not transfer ownership. Any permitted use is subject to the license or written terms supplied with the beat.
3. Paid licenses
MP3, WAV, Trackout, Unlimited and Exclusive licenses have different rights and limits. The specific license terms shown for the selected beat at the time of purchase form part of your agreement. Unless an Exclusive license expressly says otherwise, ownership of the underlying beat remains with the producer.
4. Checkout and third-party services
Where checkout is completed through BeatStars or another third-party payment service, that provider processes the transaction and may apply its own payment, account, refund and privacy terms. TENSSO BEATS does not receive your full payment-card details from those providers.
5. Refunds and delivery
Digital products are generally delivered electronically. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable license, the payment channel used, whether files were delivered or downloaded, defects in delivery, and mandatory consumer-protection law. Contact us promptly if a purchased file is missing or materially defective.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or use beats beyond the rights granted by your license.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue site features, beats, prices or license availability. Beats marked SOLD OUT may remain available for preview but are not available for new licenses.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TENSSO BEATS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence.
