Which license should I choose?
Choose based on the audio files and usage limits your release needs. The Licensing page lists all five tiers and lets you preview each full agreement.
How do I receive my files and contract?
After payment is confirmed, your included files and transaction-specific license PDF are available in Purchased or on your guest order page. Delivery links are also sent to your checkout email.
Do I need an account to buy a beat?
You can check out as a guest. Use an email you can access. You can later claim the purchase by creating or signing into an account with that same email.
Can I upgrade a license?
Sign in and open Purchased to see available upgrades. Eligible previous payments are credited towards the higher license, subject to availability.
What does Exclusive mean?
After an Exclusive purchase, new licenses for that beat stop being issued. Valid earlier licenses remain valid. Review the full agreement for ownership, publishing, royalties and other terms.
Can I use a free download commercially?
A free download does not grant a commercial license. Follow the non-commercial conditions supplied with the download and purchase the appropriate license before a commercial release.

These Terms govern your use of TENSSO BEATS, a website operated as a single-producer beat store. TENSSO BEATS is not an open marketplace: visitors and registered users may browse, preview, favorite, download where offered, and purchase or license beats made available by TENSSO.
1. Accounts and guest checkout
You may create one personal account using email/password or a supported third-party sign-in provider, or complete a purchase as a guest. Guest purchases are delivered to the checkout email and may later be claimed by creating or signing into an account using that same email. You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for providing an accurate checkout email.
2. Beats, previews and free downloads
All beats, previews, artwork and site materials remain protected by copyright and other intellectual-property rights. A preview or free MP3 download does not transfer ownership. Any permitted use is subject to the license or written terms supplied with the beat.
3. Paid licenses
MP3, WAV, Trackout, Unlimited and Exclusive licenses have different rights, included files and usage limits. The specific transaction terms shown at purchase form part of your agreement with the producer/licensor. After confirmed payment, TENSSO BEATS issues a transaction-specific license PDF recording the buyer, beat, license tier, price and applicable terms. Non-exclusive licenses are leases and do not transfer ownership of the underlying Beat. They preserve the producer's composition/publishing share and require credit as Produced by Tensso. The Exclusive License stops new licenses from being issued after the sale, while valid earlier non-exclusive licenses remain effective. The Exclusive License also preserves the producer's composition/publishing share, producer credit and the producer master royalty stated in that transaction-specific agreement.
4. Checkout and third-party services
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the payment and merchant-of-record service for checkout. Lemon Squeezy processes payment-card and billing data under its own terms and privacy practices. TENSSO BEATS stores the order, selected license, price, payment status and transaction identifiers needed to deliver and support the purchase, but does not store your full card number.
5. Refunds and delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically through the buyer account or guest order page and by secure time-limited links sent to the checkout email. Included files depend on the purchased license tier. Registered users keep access to transaction-specific license PDFs and available files in Purchased. Guest buyers receive the same delivery by email and may claim the purchase later by creating an account with the same email. Refund eligibility depends on the applicable license, payment channel, delivery/download status, defects and mandatory consumer-protection law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, interfere with security, scrape or automate access in a way that harms the service, attempt unauthorized access, commit fraud, or use beats beyond the rights granted by your license.
License upgrades are available to signed-in buyers for higher non-exclusive tiers, subject to availability. The quote applies credit for valid payments in the upgrade chain; refunded payments do not provide upgrade credit. Upgrades dependent on a fully refunded earlier purchase may require support review before access is restored. Offers become licenses only after confirmed payment. Coupons and bulk deals use the eligible tiers and dates shown in the current checkout; they do not stack. A review quote is held for up to fifteen minutes. The site may test different prices, buttons or imagery; the price you review and accept is the price submitted to checkout.
7. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue site features, beats, prices or license availability. Beats marked SOLD OUT may remain available for preview but are not available for new licenses.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, TENSSO BEATS is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party services.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you in your country of residence.
This Policy explains how TENSSO BEATS handles information when you browse the site, create an account, save favorites, listen to beats, or use purchase links.
1. Information we collect
We may collect your email address, username, display name, encrypted password credentials, profile image, account-provider identifiers, favorites, listening history, purchase records available to our system, cart information and previously saved collection records, traffic-source and campaign parameters, pseudonymous store events, license-acceptance records, and technical information needed for security and operation.
2. Why we use it
We use information to create and secure accounts, verify email addresses, remember favorites, show listening history and purchases, deliver downloads, provide support, prevent abuse, maintain the service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Service providers
We use service providers where necessary to operate the site. These may include Cloudflare for hosting/storage, Resend for verification, delivery and opted-in marketing messages, Google if you choose social sign-in, and Lemon Squeezy for checkout, payment processing and related transaction services.
4. Payments
Payment-card and billing information is handled by Lemon Squeezy and its payment infrastructure rather than stored by TENSSO BEATS. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, customer/order metadata and license details needed to deliver your purchase, show purchase history, prevent fraud and provide support.
5. Cookies and local storage
We use essential cookies for sign-in sessions and security. Local storage may be used for your cart and playback-related preferences. A pseudonymous visitor identifier also keeps experiments consistent and supports first-party store analytics. Traffic-source parameters may be stored on your device and linked to orders. Optional Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel are loaded only after you allow optional tracking in Privacy choices. You can change this choice here.
Free downloads do not automatically subscribe you. Beat news, offers and cart reminders require a separate email confirmation. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
6. Retention
Account information is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward where needed for security, legal, transaction or support purposes. Verification codes expire quickly and session records expire automatically.
7. Your choices and rights
You can update key account information in Account Settings. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information. Contact us to make such a request.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical measures such as password hashing, secure session cookies and controlled storage access. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
The service is not intended for children who cannot lawfully consent to online services or purchases in their jurisdiction without a parent or guardian.
